To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日第一次同同事黎食彩福尖沙咀,今日早左黎見佢中午都未算好多人,一行四人唔知食咩好,就直接叫咗個午市套餐一齊食。午市套餐有一啲小食可以揀,我地揀咗食秘汁撈雲耳,雲耳好爽口,加咗啲陳醋一齊撈,酸酸味味幾開胃。海蜇味道清甜,因為撈咗啲汁,所以食落唔會淡茂茂。脆皮素鵝,味道有啲似海鮮腐皮卷,入口香脆不油膩,食咗兩件都覺得唔油。蝦頭油海皇炆鴛鴦米原來都幾多蝦係入面,炒出黎味道似星洲米,不過佢就再香口啲因為加咗好多椒同埋蝦仁。海鮮羹好足料,唔係水狀,食埋呢碗都夠晒飽!
