To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

算不錯的元旦晚餐

之前睇電視見到呢間餐廳, 聽落都幾懷舊, 所以黎試一試入到去因為今日假日的關係, 要等一陣位, 跟住就被安排入坐近門口的位置, 可以見到分左兩個Area(一個係普通餐, 一個係扒房, 類似法國菜咁o既嘢我點左個鐵扒鑊仔牛柳, 而我老婆就點左豬雞扒意粉。首先黎個湯+包 兩份都算大件, 不過我個羅宋湯比較淡, 亦都唔似其他地方咁會有牛粒o係裏面。跟住黎個主菜, 我個牛柳算「林」, 普通餐刀都可以輕易鋸開, 食落都幾Juicy, 可惜好似放凍左少少。另外試左啖雞扒同豬扒都可以,起碼有味同唔靭先。最後係餐茶, 我叫左杯凍檸茶, 都係比較淡不過全程最敗北就係service, 大部份員工都好似留守o係比較入o既位置, 見到有兩pair都係安排o係近門口位的情侶, 有一pair要求轉入扒房, 另一pair就因為無人理而離開, 希望d staff可以留意一下。整體黎講可以再試下。
