To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 赤柱總有一個特別的魔力，你不會經常來，但每次來都能為自己差差電！ 這日一家三口跟朋友來到Classified食lunch，食物水準尚算KEEP到！(4年前生仔前來過一次，之後都無再去赤柱了～) 香辣肉丸意粉 惹味之選，肉丸JUICY，意粉硬度適中，穩陣之選。 草飼西冷牛扒配薯條 牛是Classified的強項，點steak是必然之選！ 肉質嫩滑、juicy、肉汁鎖得好，不會令人失望。 地中海蕃茄焗蛋 試新嘢，感覺是蕃茄炒蛋焗版，唔難食亦唔算特別好味，下次可以SKIP。 還有Classified Burger 漢堡非常juicy，麵包焗得脆身，很好味！ 食物是不錯的，但不會再來了。 服務明顯比４年前來時差了。 因我在戒凍飲及甜飲，所以叫了幾杯清水，感覺侍應眼神不太友善。 另外就是，我們有小童同行，叫的食物要盡量配合他，食物要分開幾次叫，因不知道哪一款啱吃，結果點的除了薯條他也不喜歡... 待我們進餐後才知道原來有兒童餐供應，另外再點給兒子才不會餓壞它。 對於沒有主動建議兒童餐這點，我是很在意的，因去每一間美式餐廳，都一定會主

Overall, the lunch tastes good, but I won’t come back again.
The service standard was worse than 4 years ago when I first came here. The waitress wasn’t that nice when I didn’t order drink, instead I was asked to have some water as I am quitting of iced drink.

And another thing that I really care was they didn’t provide kid menu proactively which we had to order the food one by one to see which one my son would eat. This upset me as when I went to every American style restaurant, they will actively provide the kid meal to us.
