To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

酒店粵菜聽. 無論環境同服務都比較高一線. 今晚客人唔多. 服務比較到位. 一心就是來吃個片皮鴨. 但亦先叫了個前菜 "南非鮑魚" 給兩位長者嚐一下. 還算入味, 鮑魚略欠咬口.重頭戲. 片皮鴨 (二食)先講薄餅皮, 味道OK, 但略厚. 而且皮與皮中間沒布牛油紙隔開, 比較難分開. 我都弄得爛了好幾片. 片皮鴨....說實在的, 味道可以, 就是膻味比較重. 而且片皮的功夫不到位. 擺碟亦麻麻地.....第二食鴨肉碎炒+生菜包, 夠野味. 撈餅都非常好食. 生菜更是頂瓜瓜, 香甜脆口. 就是份量比較少. 食晒生菜包, 仲剩半碟鴨肉碎. 另外叫了小菜, 椒鹽鮮魷. 非常 disappointed. 炸皮不香不脆. 味道平平. 大排擋都比這個好十倍! 最後要了糯米飯. 生炒, 考功夫. 粒粒分明, 非常野味. 是日最欣賞菜式!

重頭戲. 片皮鴨 (二食)
