To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天做到氣咳，肚子很快就餓了，真的要「唔理好醜，最緊要就手」，這個晚餐，就在附近解決。侍應先來了兩碗例湯，不錯㖿，有老黃瓜，但還有肥膏，飄浮在湯面上，而且，師傅味明顯，也沒有其它湯渣，正！🙄“節瓜蝦米粉絲煲”，料頭有薑和蝦米，本來爆得香，夠味，但粉絲太碎，芡汁又太濃稠，不夠乾爽，失去了XYZ粉絲煲的精髓。“xo醬西芹炒豬頸肉”，那些豬頸肉像叉燒一樣大塊，「啖啖肉」，整道菜雖然味道不錯，xo醬又惹味，但㕑師實在太懶，這幾塊肉切得太隨便，「大件」不等於「抵食」，一點口感都沒有。
