To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚同朋友去咗築地日本料理餐廳,真係一個正選擇!🍜🍣🍢 首先,黑蒜油豬軟骨拉麵,起初以為會怪怪地,但湯底嘅香蒜味正到爆炸!湯濃味美,而且一啲都唔膩口。拉麵嘅麵條爽滑,配上炆得淋嘅豬軟骨,真係入口即溶,味道豐富,每一啖都有驚喜。另一道菜廣島蠔釜飯,等咗一陣都值得!蠔大只新鮮,配上煮得剛好嘅飯,香氣撲鼻,真係一試難忘。雖然只有兩只蠔,但每一啖飯都夾帶住菇嘅香味,夠味又唔悶。我哋另外試咗壽司卷物,包括海膽帶子卷、青龍卷同牛油果軟殼蟹卷,每一款都新鮮得嚟配搭得宜,尤其係海膽同帶子,鮮美得嚟入口即化。炸物方面,海老天婦羅同一口豆腐都係熱辣辣嘅,天婦羅外層酥脆,豆腐則軟滑,令人食慾大增。芝士玉子燒同鹽燒鯖魚都係另一番風味,玉子燒嘅芝士拉絲配上木耳絲同燒汁,食完真係滿足到不得了。鯖魚燒得啱啱好,啖啖肉,實在太過癮!最後甜品鐵觀音奶凍,清新順滑,完美收官。今次嘅築地之旅真係令人難忘,下次一定會再嚟!🍵😍👌
