To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環夜晚可以食既選擇真係好多不過今日我地諗住簡簡單單食碗面見到呢間OpenRice咁多like 就去試一試佢呢度有三款組合套餐A+B就83蚊A+B+C/D就93蚊A+B+C+D 就103蚊湯麵方面，我地點左瘋狂肥腸麵（白湯）同埋番茄牛肉麵。肥腸真係幾好味， d汁又入味，味道剛剛好。另外，番茄牛肉麵仲加左個煎蛋，蕃茄湯夠濃，簡簡單單又一餐。飲品方面，我哋分別叫咗金桔檸檬以及紅肉柚子，唔會覺得好甜，夏天飲涼爽。小食叫左蒜泥青瓜，如果鍾意蒜味會好鍾意，因為食完幾粒鐘個口都有蒜味甜品就有成都老冰粉或者紅棗銀耳湯，飲完一定勁飽。

湯麵方面，我地點左瘋狂肥腸麵（白湯）同埋番茄牛肉麵。肥腸真係幾好味， d汁又入味，味道剛剛好。另外，番茄牛肉麵仲加左個煎蛋，蕃茄湯夠濃，簡簡單單又一餐。
