To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日想食D 酸酸地開胃的東西, 就點了煎蛋免治牛肉飯! 賣相不錯, 一塊大大又煎得靚靚的太陽蛋的放左飯上面, 棕紅色的蕃茄肉醬, 加幾粒綠色的青豆, 顏色繽紛, 未食都胃口大開了~ 食落個汁都幾好味, 唔會太酸或者係太鹹, 而且真係有用上新鮮蕃茄去煮~重要的是無論隻太陽蛋或者蕃茄肉醬的溫度都是熱的! 我的慣常食法是食幾啖之後就把太陽蛋的蛋黃拮穿, 再跟蕃茄肉醬撈埋一齊配白飯吃~好在個醬汁份量夠多, 好讓我可以撈勻成個白飯吃~ 好飽
