To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期五放工去咗旺角買嘢，順便去食好耐冇食過嘅蘇媽蘇媽，好掛住嗰個老鼠粉😆招牌砂煲老鼠粉 $88呢個老鼠粉一上枱即刻撈勻生雞蛋同埋肉碎、脆脆炸魚仔、蔥花、炸蒜各種配料，用砂煲嘅熱力爆炸幾下真係香噴噴，老鼠粉好入味好惹味，雖然材料簡單，但係味道好好，而且幾香口。辣死你嗎配烤雞髀 $68睇到個名驚咗，以為會到噴火，所以揀咗醬汁另上，點知又估佢唔到喎，我覺得又唔算好辣喎。原來係參巴醬，幾濃味惹味，用嚟配個椰汁斑蘭飯再加啲炸花生同埋炸魚仔好好食。烤雞髀好香口，雞皮烤得好香，雞皮少少油滋滋嘅感覺配埋啖啖肉嘅嫩嫩雞髀肉好好味。
