To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

七月初(炎熱)要一大清早起來,只能夠在家附近吃個簡單早餐再坐車走,就去了車站旁的明發小廚解決算數。要了一向的醬占多士和熱鴛鴦,特別叮嚀要烘得再燶一點,這裡的算是做到了,起碼多士是真的外脆內軟,質地也不會太「空氣」,只不過醬和占都不香,令多士失色不少。熱鴛鴦只能說是夠熱,不太香和濃,也削,只是飲了半杯就算了。早餐只是廿蚊,但我依然寧願在家中吃碗穀物早餐才下樓也不來這裡。
