To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

走去西灣河搭船, 經過太安樓醫肚, 係人都知係美食天堂, 但所謂美食不外乎雜食, 其實不太配合我既飯桶形象。從太安街入第一街, 先見二記/車仔麵, 對面就係文興記。門口楝個簡單A字牌, 有幾款睇黎"全年"飯樣---- 即唔會變既午餐, 連例湯, 四十上下....但求隱陣, 叫個梅菜肉餅飯.肉餅幾鬆滑入味, 咬落有類似蝦干碎之類既香口, 送個例湯, 算係幾真味, 唔似萬能科學湯, 但白飯較干硬, 39元出門口。整體算係咁。like
