To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

肚餓，好隨便就入左去坐叫左餐，加多$30就有前菜同一杯餐茶。多士&雜菜湯原以為佢只係普通羅宋湯，原來個底有大豆同其他菜牛肉漢堡$108包有d脆，唔硬。牛肉多汁，有d似安格斯咁，當然好食d。薯條就係我最愛嘅厚身條條！炸得好好！唔油，上桌個時熱熱嘅，好正。但最特別嘅反而係佢左邊嘅黑松露醬，咸得黎又唔會覺得膩，好濃厚嘅黑松露味，可以細心d去感受下佢嘅味道，點薯條同加落漢堡到都得！穀飼牛有機鮮磨菇及亞麻籽燴紅米飯$106牛整得好好，六成生熟控制得好，肉嫩，飯可以食到紅米味。叫佢要加$15唔會好濃奶，茶味都係中間。最後送左$50xd
