To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚餐buffet 海鮮有螺，青口，小龍蝦，長腳蟹，蝦，煙三文魚。刺身有三文魚，魚，八瓜魚，吞拿魚。熟食有炒蟹，羊/牛/豬扒，泰式蒸魚，燒五花腩，雞，生滾粥，印度咖喱，串燒，自助火鍋，中西式湯等款式不是太多。最吸引都係甜品，選擇多而且味道不錯，有movenpick雪糕任食，多款蛋糕，每樣食一件都飽。仲有飲品櫃，多款紙包飲品選擇。我最鍾意泰式蒸魚和燒五花腩，螺，長腳蟹和甜品。用酒店自助餐優惠價算扺食。
