To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有點趕時間就想快吃一個下午茶套餐,點了牛油咖央多士,多士烘唔透都算,但連牛油都搽唔勻,聚埋喺4小份其中一份,現在的茶餐廳牛油沒牛油香,咖央也只有甜味,遑論有蛋香,早知點煺蛋治可能會好吃些,價錢也一樣。本來打算點熱鴛鴦但自助點餐上沒有這個選項,只好點咖啡,一如所有茶記咖啡一樣,只有濃濃的苦味,始終也喝不完。雖然個tea set只係$29蚊都覺得唔值。香港的餐飲業水準只係不斷下降,又點怪香港人北上搵食,起碼人家CP值高。
