To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

千両真係好地方, 雖然唔係咩新餐廳, 新菜式, 但夠 STANDARDIZED. , 每次都唔失望, 呢點好重要。而且餐廳特上便當如圖再另加湯同沙律, SASHIM戈夠新鮮, 天婦羅夠脆, 如果天婦羅再少D油就更 PERFECT。特上便當 我比較喜歡上面個 SET, 因為唔太喜歡角切。牛油清酒煮蜆基本上除了 SET, 我地每次都會再點呢個, 佢係上埋個火, 繼續煮多陣, 而個蜆都軟滑, 又有淡淡的酒香, 不錯。
