To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日嚟到ikea, 可能疫情關係，人數唔算多，好容易搵到位。嗌左三樣嘢食物。餐牌👇🏻鹹豬手 $63好好彩買到最後一隻豬手。份量好大，外皮香脆，有酸菜薯仔粒做配菜。價錢來講性價比算高，值得一試，略嫌鹹豬手味唔夠。香烤三文魚$49三文魚份量正常，冇雪味不過唔太入味， 要靠醬汁。不過配菜幾有驚喜，蔬菜薯餅幾好食。瑞典肉丸$22肉丸繼續維持水準，不過冇咗jam😔， 有小小失望。餐廳食飯時間有更改，記得早啲嚟啊。
