之前在 open rice 看過食評,今晚特意造訪。店內裝潢以白色為主,簡潔幽雅,環境昏暗,頗有情調的法式小店。Set Dinner 共有五道菜,分頭盤、湯、sorbet、主菜、甜品!點餐後,待應便奉上一籃香草法包,熱烘烘的麵包,牛油味濃帶香草味,入口香脆,難怪我與友人要求再encore。香煎鵝肝:鵝肝厚度絶不欺場,厚切鵝肝煎至金黃,味道帶甘香,口感軟滑,而且煎鵝肝掌握的火候非常好!法式洋蔥湯:湯身較稀,洋蔥味較淡,普通!自製雪葩:荔枝味雪葩較清新,給我們清一清味蕾,迎接主菜出場!炭燒澳洲和牛肉眼扒:Medium rare,瘦肉與脂肪比例剛好,用刀一切,呈淡紅色,肉質嫩滑,沒有鞋口感覺,不錯!心太軟:蛋糕切開後朱古力漿澎湃湧出,朱古力入口微暖幼滑,伴以雪糕吃,冷熱感覺衝擊著味蕾,爽呀!Latte:沒有latte art 的一杯latte,一層奶泡入口香綿,咖啡味濃,中規中矩!此餐廳食材雖然不算上等,但五道菜以HKD450來說,也划算,另外亦不收加一,我與友人抱著肚子的離開,滿足了!
