今日去銅鑼灣搵新餐廳探店,於是去咗人流較少的世貿,見到有間泰國菜館裝修好新派,有隻大兔兔坐在門口處,我被它吸引了,於是走咗入去試菜。今日試了炭烤牛肉牛筋丸船麵,這碗船麵絕對不似泰國食的細細碗,而是特大碗。牛肉肉質嫩滑,而牛筋丸非常有嚼彈力又爆汁,還有芽菜和炸豬皮條作配菜。湯底有香料和調味料烹調,令到湯底很潤滑,配合麵條的細膩,使到整碗船麵更有層次感。炭燒豬頸肉配青瓜沙律,炭燒豬頸肉燒到外焦內嫩,肉質鮮嫩多汁,口感鮮美。而青瓜片和紅蘿蔔片的爽脆可口,能夠中和豬頸肉的油膩感,使得這道菜品更加平衡和美味。鹹蛋黃單骨雞翼,咸蛋黃的咸香味道滲透到雞翼的肉質中,使雞翼的鮮美味道更加突出,雞翼外層炸得很酥脆而內層肉質又嫩滑,絕對是一道可口的小食。最後點了椰香芒果黑糯米,如果椰汁可以再添多些和黑糯米再煮得軟糯些,口感就會更加完美,個人覺得這道菜有待改進。
