To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 添好運點心專門店米之蓮點心店光顧那天,老闆在鋪頭忙於打點,他對食物的認真是給予顧客信心的保證。鋪面雖然不是裝潢華麗,能獲米之蓮一星果然係實力取勝。酥皮焗叉燒包真是頂呱呱,頂層鬆脆,包身柔軟帶麵粉香,中心的叉燒餡料豐富,帶出三種層次。堂食既然好,之後我外帶一些回家,同樣美味。黃沙豬膶腸 是必吃的,腸粉充滿米香、爽滑。黃沙潤切成一小塊一小塊,緊緊的黏附在腸粉內,咬起來很爽脆很有豬潤味。豉汁蒸鳳爪 不是我喜愛的,但老友説很好味,不會太油膩。蝦餃晶瑩通透,外型已經很吸引,蝦肉脆口彈牙配合其他材料 食落真是冇得輸👍🏻賽螃蟹春卷 很特式,你都試一下,不錯呢✌🏻豬骨湯菜肉雲吞 就稍微遜色,裏面的餡料比較實 唔夠鬆軟,但味道也不錯。
