To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

米冧啲好食啲

眾所週知譚仔有分三哥同non 三哥，我個人習慣咗食譚仔三哥，而譚仔三哥入面我覺得旺角天橋底下呢間最好食！咁啱我係附近返工，所以呢間譚仔自然成為我既食堂😂我覺得譚仔三哥最好味係個湯底，湯底先係精髓，所以一向都係要一個餸就已經好足夠（仲可以平啲😂）放工屋企無飯食，又唔知食咩好又去咗食譚仔，我淨係叫咗雞肉麻辣10小辣。如常咁覺得好惹味好好食，我聽到隔離幾個大學生傾計講米線好冧好味，我突然明白點解我一直覺得呢間譚仔好食過人，之前啲人問我有咩分別，我又答唔出🙈原因除咗麻辣好惹味之外就係因為我鐘意佢米冧啲好入味，仲要唔洗特別叫米冧啲都係米冧啲！另外值得一提既係如果你唔大食既話可以揀米少啲平一蚊，三哥會捐出去，唔洗晒食物仲可以做善事一舉兩得👍🏻
