Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

土匪雞翼覺得這雞翼名稱很有趣，所以要了一碟試試有些麻辣，面層粒粒黑芝麻已被炸焦了雞肉十分入味，多汁又好味四川麻辣雞翼與土匪雞翼味道差不多的，帶辣又有少許酸酸辣辣味道越吃越開胃生菜腐皮米線這兩款是我經常吃的配料，我也覺悶不過生菜新鮮，腐皮幼滑，湯料應該是一般有雞味的湯底不肯是否味精湯，但肯定吃完後要需要大量飲品生菜貢丸米線貢丸較其他米線店好味，都是肉丸味而已酸辣粉酸辣粉的確辣，我覺得與重慶酸辣粉的薯粉相似度近85%我在內地吃過重慶人開設的酸辣粉真是吃了一碗又想再吃第二碗份量很少，只夠應付宵夜或下午茶辣的程度不是人人受到，不吃辣的就要一杯甜飲品來解辣聽朋友說，這間分店的確經常坐滿人新裝修後，感覺環境清潔食也食得放心
