十年前左右,小弟仲讀緊ive,喺長沙灣讀,第一次真正接觸叫餸米線,就係呢間裕一品,當年譚仔仲未做到好大,分店未有依家咁多,裕一品仲係有力一戰,但依家冇啦,實力分野已見到...閒話講完今日再去長沙灣總店,鋪位搬左,但老闆依舊戴住個腰包,講嘢語氣冇變,落完單一定講:「睇下張單有冇錯,廚房照單煮」一陣莫名的感動。有時食野係食回憶,味道反而其次。我叫左豬潤、魚旦同墨丸,3小麻辣裕一品陣麻辣味係有別於譚仔or三哥,點講啲,陣味係出啲、立體啲。係豬潤太薄,過熟魚旦同墨丸正常水準同埋個米線唔會煮到爛,彈口架三隻麻辣雞翼$19,我鐘意啲雞翼唔好過大隻,呢隻size剛好,皮係脆,陣陣麻辣香凍檸茶都有水準
