To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實我成日都會食米線,但講到米線湯底,我覺得呢間小雨子係幾好食。因為佢地既湯底唔似外面清湯加辣就算,所以米線癮起時,都會黎呢間食下。今次點了豬骨湯底中辣水餃酸辣米線,再配個可樂。首先一上碗米線時已經有好香既酸辣氣味,佢地會係麵到加了莞茜,豆芽,肉碎,腐皮。個湯底一飲時已經好惹味,再加上用豬骨湯底煲成,成件事都好好食,而米線既軟硬情度剛好,不會太淋。酸辣味又夠出,而餃子既皮就有點厚同埋熟到有點高淋。不過味道也不錯。
