To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食咗譚仔十幾年，由佢寂寂無名到而家街知巷聞，先發現冇認真紀錄過，趁去咗少去嘅朗晴坊分店，就分享一下我去譚仔會食啲咩啦～我比較鍾意食麻辣，可以食到小辣，有時會食三小辣，不過其實要十小辣調下味都可以。朋友叫小米，可以減$1🤑朋友以為我叫到成碗都係蔥🤣 其實唔係，係韭菜😛譚仔啲餸嘅份量不嬲都好多，無論係雞絲、墨魚丸、韭菜、冬菇......鋪到成碗都係再加個炸醬，會另外上，咁就可以食到肉類但又唔會太heavy~事關每次去譚仔都必點土匪雞翼！會叫份大嘅（5隻）同朋友share~用孜然粉調製，好香～朋友鍾意食皮蛋，唔食得辣嘅佢都會照食，個醬汁係辣架！！不過係幾美味可口同埋我每次都會叫杯凍檸茶😋朋友叫咗杯咸檸七見到譚仔推出夏日特飲，有龜苓爽粒粒喺飲品裡面
