To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳環境唔錯都幾乾淨，見都好多食客幫襯，價錢經濟美味好生意係正常的。雲桂米線 $60米線大大碗配料豐富，包羅萬有感覺抵食，配料包括腩肉、雞絲、魚肉春卷、鮮竹龍蝦卷、雲耳、腐竹和冬菇。酸辣湯底味道濃郁，揀咗小辣都好刺激，酸酸辣辣開胃惹味唔算好油膩，米線口感軟彈，加埋湯底的芽菜、酸菜、韭菜、蔥食落更加有口感。腩肉比較肥，雲耳多塊夾口，腐竹大片好索汁，湯底真係幾好味忍唔住要飲多兩啖。醬拌皮蛋 $20皮蛋淋身醬汁惹味好多蒜碎，但依然不及譚仔好味，欠了點麻香。咸檸檬七喜(凍) $10飲番杯咸檸七中和下味道解辣解渴最佳之選。
