To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 久仰星級中菜館嘅大名,今日終於同屋企人嚟到『逸東軒』午饍位置係地庫,問一問餐廳前台先知邊度搭𨋢。餐廳係傳統中式裝潢,枱與枱之間空間十足。帶子燒賣好多人推介嘅點心,大大粒帶子,味道鮮甜,用料足唔錯👍🏻叉燒香芹芝麻蝦筒正常水平,不過不失小籠包內餡湯量算多,但外皮易穿,全部都漏湯了。還好本身用湯匙裝住,可以飲返啲湯。第一次食片皮雞,外皮燒得香脆,雞肉唔會太肥,亦唔鞋口。二食揀左雞崧炒飯,唔太覺有太多雞肉,但炒飯粒粒分明,香口味道足。七味鹽燒羊鞍明明同中菜冇乜關係,但係係最好味嘅一道菜😂 羊鞍煮得比較淋身,厚度剛好,調味出色,鹹香惹味,充分嘅羊騷味,恰如其分。甜品叫左招牌菜之一嘅香芒糯米卷皮薄煙韌,果肉鮮甜,的確值得一嘗。總括而言,係愉快嘅用餐體驗,環境舒適,食物中上水平。不過價錢都係中上。平日有點心特價時段,性價比會高一點。
