家中長者去過一趟香格里拉夏宮用餐,對那裏的味道念念不忘。 今日她邀請外地回港親友和我們聚首一堂茶聚,共享美點。夏宮位於港島區香格里拉五星級的酒店内,裝潢華麗,這間餐廳還榮獲米芝蓮二星殊榮,招呼周到。眾人被引領入座後,還特意每人奉上清香的玫瑰花清茶,香氣撲鼻,飲到各人心曠神怡。老人家喜歡這裡的义燒及燒鵝,肉嫩汁充盈,新鮮出爐熱騰騰,頗滋味。脆皮叉燒做得好好,皮脆、肉入味而又不太多醬汁。這裏廚師推介的椰皇鮑魚湯灌餃味道就見仁見智了,湯清甜,味是可以的,但肉就煮得有點太過了火了。那客荷葉飯的量真得不能低估,8人最少各有2碗還有剩,味道不錯。
