托朋友的福,終於有幸試試金鐘香格里拉米芝蓮一星中菜《夏宮》!餐廳裝修華麗,但以米芝蓮的標準來說,座位相距有點窄!服務態度方面很不錯,但如果更留意客人的需要會更好,例如茶水🫖要客人要求先加水!菜式方面,選擇困難及挑食的朋友們都以餐廳推介為主:1️⃣蜜汁叉燒:叉燒味道偏甜,而口感方面,較肥的肉質柔軟,較瘦的乾身「鞋」口,明顯廚師控制火候略為失色。2️⃣XO醬海鮮石鍋炒飯:炒飯材料豐富,米飯粒粒金黃,但調味較淡,XO醬味亦不明顯3️⃣松子上素鬆:新鮮的生菜包了秘製醬汁的蔬菜粒及松子,口感清新爽脆,不錯4️⃣清蒸東星斑:東星班蒸到有點過火,以致魚脊邊的魚肉不夠嫩滑,好在薑蔥豉油提升了魚鮮,補回了點分數!Overall 來說,整個晚餐質素都可以;但以這個價錢及對米芝蓮的expectation,就略為令人失望! continue reading

10分有水準嘅點心 呢度飲茶分兩個時段 建議有興趣嘅人手先打電話訂位 我哋12:45去到 被通知last order係一點 所以我哋就等下一個時段~兩個人叫咗四個點心 最推介嘅係脆皮叉燒包 表面嘅墨西哥皮酥香微甜 中間嘅叉燒肉滿滿 唔係平時坊間剩係得醬汁同肥肉嗰種 包體軟糯 有彈性 超好食呀麻辣手撕雞腸粉軟滑 中間嘅手撕雞肉麻香微辣 主要應該係選用雞柳肉 一啲肥膏都冇 感覺好健康蝦餃每一節都感覺到滿滿嘅手工同誠意 好精緻又好完美 裏面嘅蝦肉爽滑彈牙 蛋黃千層糕個人唔太愛 因為係偏鹹嘅鹹蛋黃 個人更加喜歡偏甜嘅奶黃餡 所以覺得略嫌膩咗少少 但整體都好喜歡 絕對會再帶屋企人返去encore! continue reading

朋友帶我到米芝蓮餐廳 - 夏宮 食生日飯 一行3人點了:✨蜜汁叉燒 $360 ✨東星斑 時價 當日大概$88両✨ XO醬石鍋海鮮炒飯 $420✨松子上素鬆 $260整體我只能說是穩陣之選 沒有令人驚艷的地方 硬件上 環境裝修富有中國特色 配合一貫香格里拉風格 但是枱與枱之間較近 食飯時難免會有點侷促感 軟件上 五星級酒店服務態度不容置疑 有禮貌但不會令人感到過了每樣菜式都是符合預期的味道 同行朋友很讚嘆他的蒸魚 只能說這個價位的話還有進步的空間 之前試過香宮 相比之下香宮各項表現都較為出色 continue reading

尋日同媽媽二人世界就咁walk in去左呢間食叫左7樣野,特別欣賞的有:⭐️雪頂叉燒包 呢款口感鬆軟但用料紮實,個包入面無空位,餡料完全填滿咗個包,個雪頂做到薄薄一層,唔會一咬落去就碎晒⭐️帶子燒賣我個人嚟講一向都麻麻哋鍾意食燒賣,因為唔鍾意食肥豬肉,但係佢呢個冇乜肥豬肉又有帶子嘅鮮甜,蝦口感好爽同埋有冬菇嘅香味⭐️馬友肉鬆燒餅呢個燒餅外皮係似酥餅,裏面嘅豬肉餡都好紮實帶有小小咸香魚味⭐️焗蟹蓋ok, 如果層炸脆皮再薄少少就好啦,同埋都落得比較多洋蔥,有小小蓋過咗蟹肉嘅鮮味灌湯餃同蝦餃就正常發揮,算好食,但冇乜surprise最一般就係個素粉果,份量細件啲餡料又冇乜特別,食完唔會再想食第二次不過總括嚟講都唔錯嘅,係一間可以encore嘅餐廳 continue reading
