一向愛吃港式燒味,尤其是對燒鵝同乳豬,更係情有獨鍾。最近得知灣仔「天龍燒鵝」又開咗第二分店,即刻同朋友嚟食餐晚飯。店舖係米芝蓮 2 星中餐廳燒味部主廚創業,店內嘅燒鵝同乳豬全日不停燒製,新鮮熱辣,質素絕對有保證。點咗燻蹄海蜇同兩個一人餐,套餐跟老火湯、油菜、小食及白飯/瀨粉,配熱飲+$5。今日嘅老火湯係南瓜粟米豬骨湯,湯水非常清甜,飲得出無落味精,真材實料。原隻燒鵝髀拼叉燒瀨 ($150)  鵝髀大大隻,賣相極吸引,外皮酥香鬆化,肉質甘香又有鵝味。叉燒燒得非常香口,肥瘦度剛好,帶少少燶邊,肉香油香兼備,配煙韌爽滑嘅瀨粉食,味蕾大滿足!至於另一客 1 人餐就點咗乳豬燒腩仔雙拼飯 ($100),乳豬外皮又薄又脆,沒有多餘脂肪,入口肉嫩鬆化,同甜甜嘅乳豬醬簡直係絕配。腩仔外皮脆卜卜,脂肪同瘦肉層層相間,咬落有肉汁,送飯一流。燻蹄海蜇 ($40)  燻蹄膠質豐富、軟彈有嚼勁;海蜇非常爽脆,入口帶淡淡麻油香,味道唔錯。
