有外國朋友喺英國返嚟香港,竟然一早搵咗呢間餐廳話一定要食,係米芝蓮攞獎,講真自己住喺香港其實完全唔識啲咩米芝蓮餐廳,朋友仲一早喺英國訂咗位,好驚食唔到。位置喺上環,離開地鐵站係有啲遠,去到成間餐廳都係好外國style,啲店員啲英文超流利,甚至好多店員都係外國人, Menu都係英文,客人多數都係外國人,餐廳氣氛唔錯,同埋估唔到都滿座,好彩訂咗位啫。我哋訂位嗰陣,佢都話七點幾冇位,我哋都要訂八點先有。一坐低店員已經好貼心,同我哋介紹有啲咩食有啲咩出名,同埋建議我哋四個人大概嗌幾多個big幾多個small,驚我哋嗌得太多。sweet corn tempura $130聽講呢個就係攞獎嘅粟米天婦羅,開頭諗都好普通啫,見到個樣又好靚喎,食落去又真係好好食,外面超脆,入面嘅粟米仲係好甜,雖然剩係得炸粟米,但係成舊嘢好好食,亦都唔油,加上海鹽、黑椒。liver mousse $170雞肝醬配麵包嗰罌嘢係雞肝醬,真係超級濃味,平時唔鍾意食雞肝嘅人未必接受到,不過佢有好多蔥喺上面都好少少,個牛奶麵包好脆,搽咗雞肝醬就好好食,側邊啲炸洋蔥都好好食。wings $52雞翼都係超脆,淋咗七味粉好食,唔會太過濃

嗰罌嘢係雞肝醬,真係超級濃味,平時唔鍾意食雞肝嘅人未必接受到,不過佢有好多蔥喺上面都好少少,個牛奶麵包好脆,搽咗雞肝醬就好好食,側邊啲炸洋蔥都好好食。

親子燴飯,入面有甜豆、溫泉蛋,仲有香脆雞皮,本身其實唔係太鍾意食雞皮,但係咁樣都一定要試吓,點知啲雞皮係勁脆,好似薯片咁,而且一啲都唔油,個溫泉蛋撈埋落個飯度好好食,又滑又香。

總結其實啲食物價錢唔貴,串燒嚟講,出面一啲串燒專門店,其實都要咁嘅價錢一串,但係呢度全部可以見到佢即燒,聞到好香,加上有米芝蓮餐廳嘅稱號,呢個價錢都唔算貴。
而且係用盡雞嘅所有部位都做到串燒出嚟,平時完全冇諗到可以食嘅雞嘅部位,都可以食到,而且係比想像中好食。
串燒全部都好juicy,而且唔同雞嘅部位嘅串燒,會配上唔同嘅醬汁同調味,例如柚子、味噌、薑蔥、醬油、海鹽、檸檬、黑椒、百里香、七味粉、蒜頭、清酒、薑,會根據返嗰個部位而作出唔同嘅調整。
除咗串燒,都有三文治有飯,有好多嘢飲。
最抵就係唔使收加一服務費,最後有個QR code俾我哋,按照返今日嘅服務而決定俾唔俾貼士,所以其實好抵食,而服務都好好。
