粟米天婦羅。在此之前我對呢道菜期待值較低,因為之前對天婦羅感覺一般⋯事實上,呢個🌽天婦羅能作為來店必點嘅菜餚確實有原因!超級可口,但係冇油膩感覺。脆皮配上鮮甜嘅粟米十分清新。分量唔細,都幾大個😂分左幾次先食完!刷新對天婦羅嘅印象。

儘管詢問左店員,仍然好難想像味道如何。價格相宜打算一試,居然係全場最佳!將豆腐研磨成入口即化的糊狀,內有洋蔥嘅醬汁,配上醃製後的無花果冷盤,口感超級豐富嘅一道菜,分量超多!!

原本以為會食唔飽(自問胃口好大),但呢個份量剛剛好~ 店裡嘅顧客、員工都係外國人為主,好有異國感覺! 食完都幾滿足~ 唔會好似上次食完 Tosca咁需要買多個飯:)

The restaurant opens at 6pm and only operates from Tuesday to Saturday. Please make a reservation before going, they do not serve walk-in customers. To be honest, the food is a bit pricey but worth trying once.

Went here at 20:30 (second timeslot) and found out some of the items on the menu are already sold out. Disappointed given that i came here for that particular sold out item (oyster). Waitress managed to at least get us some and suggested me to pre-book it next time if i love it that much. Suggested restaurant to reserve some menu items for the second timeslot so that customers could enjoy a full experience. Other food items that we are able to enjoy were good.

店内空间很大昏暗灯光就是给人一种微醺感可以归类不是吃饱饭的地方但是很喜欢里面的氛围感主要是吃烧串和喝点小酒的sweet corn tempura:玉米天妇罗,内陷是实打实的玉米颗粒,满口香脆.meatba11:炭香十足,肉也很扎实.Oyster:鸡腿肉弹牙,搭配柠檬别有一番风味.Ume thigh:梅子鸡腿肉,搭配紫苏叶口感丰富,满口清香.Neck skin:鸡颈皮,好大一串,瘦的肥的交叉,像是三成肥肉,搭配柚子酱醋和青柠,吃起来不油腻.

總結其實啲食物價錢唔貴,串燒嚟講,出面一啲串燒專門店,其實都要咁嘅價錢一串,但係呢度全部可以見到佢即燒,聞到好香,加上有米芝蓮餐廳嘅稱號,呢個價錢都唔算貴。
而且係用盡雞嘅所有部位都做到串燒出嚟,平時完全冇諗到可以食嘅雞嘅部位,都可以食到,而且係比想像中好食。
串燒全部都好juicy,而且唔同雞嘅部位嘅串燒,會配上唔同嘅醬汁同調味,例如柚子、味噌、薑蔥、醬油、海鹽、檸檬、黑椒、百里香、七味粉、蒜頭、清酒、薑,會根據返嗰個部位而作出唔同嘅調整。
除咗串燒,都有三文治有飯,有好多嘢飲。
最抵就係唔使收加一服務費,最後有個QR code俾我哋,按照返今日嘅服務而決定俾唔俾貼士,所以其實好抵食,而服務都好好。

呢度前酒吧後餐廳,有節拍強勁嘅音樂即刻感覺很chill。
坐低首先叫兩杯嘢飲, Ginger ale 同lemonade
再叫嘢食,上菜速度正常,食完一份就上另一份。 呢度都多Staff嘅,收碟都快。
但每味菜都好咸,最後份炒飯咸到食唔落,退咗就走了。
好失望,食完上黎睇下OpenRice 嘅用戶有咩評價,先發現原來間野係米之蓮一星。好驚訝個一星係點樣攞返黎🥲

对于晚餐分两场的店一直兴趣不大,所以很久没来了,这次朋友想吃,就一起来试一下。我们选择的是6点的时段,最后7点半多一些就结束了,可以说是非常匆忙,感觉服务员一直也在试图拿走我们没吃完的食物(还有一件没拿就过来问是不是拿走他可以收碟这种)。此外我们是5人,服务员一上来就以可以做的近一点为由,收走了一个台子(之后看到他给了另外俩个排队的人),而我们五个人只好挤四人位,吃的比较局促。服务虽然一般,但是食物还是让人满意的。鸡肾特别好吃,我们分别都anchor了,鸡肉丸也好吃。反而是鸡耗肉这个特殊部位我觉得没有特别惊艳,其他还点了鸡腿肉,鸡肉眼,鸡软骨,鸡翅等等,整体都比较好吃的。
