米芝蓮一星之《Whey》Whey 係加坡的年輕主廚Barry Quek主理,同本地食材及新加坡美食元素,同創新既煮法為菜式帶來驚喜,餐廳環境舒式,所以擺設及服務都十分高級,打去book台時,餐廳亦非常細心,會問我地有冇food restriction,係tasting menu入面揀左幾樣特別嘅介紹下:~ White asparagus razor clams candle nuts~ Whey's Brioche and buah keluak emulsion~ Spring Peas mackerel, whey~ marigold cream, strawberries~“Bak Kut Teh” show麵包外脆內軟,係十分軟熟,面屬咬落有少許焦糖味,再咬多幾口,品嘗包中間有少許鹹,buah keluak 同焦糖洋蔥一齊烹,味道十分夾,白蘆筍湯由蔥、蘆筍、牛奶和奶油製成,打成蓉,口感香口幼滑,湯底有蘆筍丁,蟶子同石栗,飲落有咬口豌豆鯖魚油脂較多,肉質口感細膩且營養豐富,豌豆質地比較硬實,但煮後口感清甜軟糯,而帶有濃郁芳香,“Bak Kut Teh” show 餐廳係serv

麵包外脆內軟,係十分軟熟,面屬咬落有少許焦糖味,再咬多幾口,品嘗包中間有少許鹹,buah keluak 同焦糖洋蔥一齊烹,味道十分夾,
白蘆筍湯由蔥、蘆筍、牛奶和奶油製成,打成蓉,口感香口幼滑,湯底有蘆筍丁,蟶子同石栗,飲落有咬口
豌豆鯖魚油脂較多,肉質口感細膩且營養豐富,豌豆質地比較硬實,但煮後口感清甜軟糯,而帶有濃郁芳香,
“Bak Kut Teh” show 餐廳係serve bak kut teh前會show比我哋睇剛剛燒起個樣,三種唔同既肉類部位組成,油脂分佈唔一樣,帶黎唔同既口感,好新奇,分別係pork belly,shoulder同pork heart,香口得黎食落口唔會覺得太肥,皮脆肉厚,值得一試,
marigold cream, strawberries甜品味道清新鮮甜,好light,作為收結唔會過膩。
總括呢個價錢真係要用心享受食物質素,滿足的一餐。
