米芝蓮一星嘅印度菜足足早左成個幾月先book到🌟終於可以食到🤩▫️Rai Kachori見賣相幾得意所以叫泥試下,點知幾有驚喜!外殼炸得酥脆,壓碎後同薯仔、帶酸辣嘅餡料同乳酪拌匀,口感同味道都好有層次同咬口,值得一試❣️▫️Baked Samosa薄脆的脆皮筒入面塞滿用醃料烹調過嘅大樹菠蘿肉帶點微辣,配上蔥花同微甜嘅乳酪醬,食落好軟滑,口感同食肉類都幾似😋▫️Chaat Tandoori一盤有齊晒幾款肉,份量十足!雞肉尚算嫩滑但不算出色。香烤過的和牛面頰,表面焦香但入面的肉質仍然軟嫩多汁,再配搭青檸乳酪醬,可以中和油膩感,但調味偏重。最中意的是羊!雖然油脂較多但羊肉燒到外脆内軟,非常軟腍。羊肉的香味再加上開心果做點綴,味道非常夾🤩

一盤有齊晒幾款肉,份量十足!雞肉尚算嫩滑但不算出色。
香烤過的和牛面頰,表面焦香但入面的肉質仍然軟嫩多汁,再配搭青檸乳酪醬,可以中和油膩感,但調味偏重。
最中意的是羊!雖然油脂較多但羊肉燒到外脆内軟,非常軟腍。羊肉的香味再加上開心果做點綴,味道非常夾🤩
