米芝蓮一星過江龍拉麵 🍜成日去尖沙咀都見到呢間落地玻璃嘅餐廳好吸引,見到裏面係食日式嘢,唔會好Heavy, 今日lunch時間鬆動啲就同同事過嚟享受一下!呢間「金色不如帰」喺2006年始創於東京,榮獲東京米芝蓮必比登推介、2019-2023連續5 年仲勇奪米芝蓮一星拉麵殊榮。呢度環境大部份都係落地玻璃,座位寬敞,有吧枱,有座位,都有卡位,俾唔同客人需要,而且裝潢簡單企理,好chill😍叫野食先!牛肝菌醬油鵝肝雞湯拉麵$148+氣泡烏龍茶$28呢個個新嘅拉麵以黃金湯底用7小時慢火燉製鮮雞濃湯,配合天然材料浸泡嘅魚清湯熬製而成,個湯底飲起上嚟仲好濃嘅牛肝菌湯味,真係好正!啱晒鍾意食牛肝菌客人😍😋🍄‍🟫氣泡烏龍茶是0卡0糖,第一次飲有氣嘅烏龍茶,唔錯👍🏼貝汁醬油拉麵+自家製豚肉煎餃(柚子沙律汁)+熱檸洛神花茶$188(set)有三重湯底味,蜆湯、豬骨清湯、魚清湯,仲有豚肉係三層肉來的,用低溫叉燒,配以黑松露醬,仲有牛肝菌粉同牛肝菌油配合一起,成個拉麵沾滿海鮮湯底咁好香好好飲😍😋🍜餃子煎得好香口,裏面好多豚肉,真材實料,最重要唔多味精!仲有佢哋配製嘅醬料,好嚼口,實在好好食!🥰🥟洛神花茶酸酸甜
