To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). 東來順挾着米芝蓮一星多年, 食物水準應該要高,不過最起碼個到環境雅緻,服務細心。今天晏就主食點了三鮮炒年糕,都幾喜歡佢既配料,三鮮就有依幾樣野,分別係肉片,蝦及海參,而且菜特別多,我自己都好鬼鍾意,炒既火喉岩岩好。不過其他人可能會覺得D蝦同汁鹹過頭, 我就覺得唔錯。今次仲試左幾款點心,鰻魚香梨酥,我朋友話每次黎到都一定要食,因為佢整得好可愛喎,不過食落就知點解佢次次都叫,外層鬆軟,一食落去感覺到D鰻魚同汁都好有鮮味。之後我揀左個松露燒賣,松露份量夠多又夠香,我覺得松露同燒賣夾埋都幾特別,好有新鮮感。最後有叫左個豆豉排骨陳村粉,粒粒豆豉好大完整,唔會太細粒,不過我自己就唔食豆豉既, 味道就唔太濃,排骨肥瘦岩岩好,陳村粉都唔錯,唔係太識形容。成碟唔會話太乾又不太油。唔錯!
