與大學同學聚會,大家不約而同地想試試這間米芝蓮小店 — 大圍小館。這家餐廳必須預約,我們即興約,當天只有6點時段,難得有枱就決定早點吃飯好了!第一樣必點的是勾魂叉🥰部長上菜時會先塗上15年陳皮醬,接著會用火槍將叉燒外皮燒脆,也會輕輕燒旁邊金鳳脆米,頓時香氣逼人!叉燒多了一彈焦香,享用時可再自行蘸上陳皮醬,酸酸甜甜,可為叉燒減膩。叉燒肥膏不算很多,但咬落鬆化,時半肥瘦的口感,加上脆米的焦米香,味道多層次,絕對是星級菜式!另外其他小菜也同樣出色!最後還送上桃膠糖水,夠哂清潤!正😋
