平時都會買海鮮再到酒樓加工開餐,今次同事介紹六福,話係非一般食海鮮,所以入西貢試一試,驚喜發現👍🏻。今次直接叫4人餐,唔洗花時間買海鮮,坐低無幾耐就食得。椒鹽奇趣豆腐 - 係招牌小食,的確炸得出色,皮薄之餘,外脆內滑。薑蔥炒蟶子皇- 蟶子炒落足料,每人最少食三件。而且薑蔥味好香,比起豉椒炒味道更夾。天婦羅桶蠔生菜包 - 呢度每一道菜都有心思,加左生菜真係減低油膩之餘再多口感。而且蠔既size算得上珍寶,內裡juicy。椒鹽焗鮑魚 - 鮑魚肉厚,味道偏淡d,但有少少酥炸鮑魚裙邊,邊位好食。上湯焗龍蝦,加芝士轉炒飯底 - 炒飯一定要試,比起平時的伊麵底更驚喜,炒飯夠乾身又有蛋香,加埋龍蝦芝士汁,絕對唔比龍蝦輸蝕。而且當日有南澳龍蝦,所以轉左,肉質彈牙啖啖肉、份量相當多。仲有菠蘿生炒骨同米湯浸時蔬,生炒骨偏向酸甜開胃,而米湯浸時蔬就清甜淡口。椰青大菜糕 - 係由泰藉姐姐親手整,食得出係用新鮮椰青水整既清甜,藍色加左蝶豆花去調色,味道只有少少分別。口感爽彈,好食~
