今日去開尖沙咀行街,係附近見到呢個拎左米芝蓮嘅拉麵,時間又尚早見無咩人就入左去食。<醬油味玉拉麵,$113>醬油味玉拉麵由叉燒一片、味玉蛋、筍乾、日本大蔥、松露醬而成。當然先試湯底,味道好清香,鹹左少少但係可以接受。然後將松露醬撈勻,個湯又有另外一番風味,濃郁嘅松露醬令到成個湯底都好香。叉燒整得好腍,味道比較清淡我喜歡。拉麵都算煙韌,唔錯。味玉蛋係十個讚,蛋黃係流心嘅,生熟度岩岩好,超正!<味噌味玉拉麵,$113>味噌味玉拉麵由叉燒一片、紫洋蔥、味玉蛋、粟米、芽菜、辣醬、牛肝菌蘑菇油、西洋菜而成。本身呢個味增湯我覺得太過濃味,但係將辣醬撈勻之後,我湯底帶啲辣就變得好惹味。雖然有辣醬不過唔會太辣,想試但怕辣既朋友都可以一試。<炙熱骰子肉,$28>呢個骰子肉好好味,將叉燒切成粒,再加左啲蒜蓉去燒,好香好好味。夠厚咬落好有口感但係仍然好腍,而且$28有8粒我覺得好抵食!<(凍)麥茶,$15>麥茶嘅味唔係每個人都鐘意,男朋友就覺得唔錯,飲落唔似用水即沖,真係煲過咁。
