Involtini Italian Cuisine創辦人兼主廚Jack Law已經係一個生招牌,餐廳2016年開業後短短一年已經奪得米芝蓮推介嘅榮譽,背景非常強勁,我對佢地嘅手製意粉非常期待Boston Lobster要早一日預訂,建議cfm booking 前問問店員menu餐廳出名嘅係手工意粉,呢個意粉真心出色,質地煙韌而且有蛋味,麵條掛汁有咬口,個sauce 好重蟹殼&膏嘅香味,雖然店員建議盡快食,否則驚客人會覺得腥,我又無覺得好腥,喜歡龍蝦🦞嘅一定會鍾意唯一係因為半邊龍蝦真係唔多,我想食多少少龍蝦肉吖(;´༎ຶД༎ຶ`)扭扭粉非常Al dente,但絕對唔係港人接受唔到果種⋯曾經食過有啲手工意粉好似半生熟果種,呢個完全唔會有呢個感覺!呢個sauce又無令人好膩,蘑菇味平衡得好好,食到尾都無一pat pat汁係成個扭扭粉同埋汁剛剛好食完嘅剛剛好果日嘅湯係粟米湯,水準屬中上,但對我黎講就唔夠特色啦~而麵包籃嘅包包就幾有驚喜,麵包微烘過,輕輕嘅脆又不失麵包鬆軟食物水準屬於高,份量就比較細份,比較食多嘢嘅客人可能會唔夠飽啦(◐‿◑)呢間餐廳除左米芝蓮推介,重有米豬連認證,絕對係一間好值得支

餐廳出名嘅係手工意粉,呢個意粉真心出色,
質地煙韌而且有蛋味,麵條掛汁有咬口,
個sauce 好重蟹殼&膏嘅香味,
雖然店員建議盡快食,否則驚客人會覺得腥,
我又無覺得好腥,喜歡龍蝦🦞嘅一定會鍾意
唯一係因為半邊龍蝦真係唔多,

扭扭粉非常Al dente,
但絕對唔係港人接受唔到果種⋯

果日嘅湯係粟米湯,水準屬中上,
但對我黎講就唔夠特色啦~
而麵包籃嘅包包就幾有驚喜,
麵包微烘過,輕輕嘅脆又不失麵包鬆軟

食物水準屬於高,份量就比較細份,
比較食多嘢嘅客人可能會唔夠飽啦(◐‿◑)
呢間餐廳除左米芝蓮推介,重有米豬連認證,
絕對係一間好值得支持嘅良心餐廳!
