🔱米芝蓮推介的地道香港私房菜⚜️係未去品嚐呢間係西灣河開業十五年有多既米芝蓮推介之前,透過朋友口中得知呢度除左係名人飯堂之外,亦係打爆米缸常滿一位難求!單單今次食飯個booking就已經係講緊將近半年前留座,今次有幸可以親自一試大廚權哥手藝,可謂不枉此行!來到門口已經比招牌吸引住,名正言順係“金漆招牌”,紅底金字,已經散發緊富麗堂皇典雅既氣息。入到大廳,地方唔大得幾張枱,可謂係麻雀雖小,五臟俱全!食客個個都傾得興高采烈,氛圍都好有人情味!Menu上無過多既點綴,樸實無華清楚羅列所有菜色,細心留意就發現全部都係好有特色😍杏汁白菜豬肺湯一個非常有口感既湯,你係可以飲到有顆粒狀杏仁,奶白色湯裏面浸住軟軟既豬肺🫁⚜️韭菜銀魚小炒王🔱小炒王係每間中菜既考試菜色,呢度既材料就有腰果,銀魚仔,韭菜,蝦乾🍤,冬菇味道香口,小小辣,十分惹味😝⚜️花彫雞油蒸🐟馬友🔱呢道菜好多私房菜都有,即管試下個分別。醬汁💦呈現淡淡清澈金黃色,伴有蔥花/紅椒絲,馬友皮銀雪色,🍖肉質嫩滑,濃厚雞油伴住花彫既清新醉人,正!⚜️千層咕嚕肉🔱來之前睇menu📋已經想試,千層既意味原來係薄薄幾層脆皮包裹住嫩豬肉🥩,正當外脆內軟,伴碟菠蘿/

食完飯就一如既往講下服務,在場姐姐基本上服務好到加零一!茶水紙巾上菜全程可謂完全無怠慢過,照顧周到!🤗
