To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳位於香港逸東酒店地庫, 欠缺咗氣派海景, 樓底比較低, 但贏在價錢相宜 (同級酒店中菜廳比較), 店內用深色木家俬再加水墨畫, 有中式古典美叫咗茶就有埋前菜同豆瓣醬, 用埋佢蘸蒸嘅點心感覺真係有昇華, 要試!!帶子蒸燒賣 - 燒賣彈牙無豬膻味同過多肥豬肉, 加上嫩滑帶子就更加鮮甜蜂巢海鮮芋角 - 外層非常鬆脆, 內層芋頭蓉非常綿滑, 如果餡料海鮮粒多D就更佳馳名燒味雙輝 - 大餐牌先有, 雙拼指定咗係燒腩同叉燒, 2款都係呢到名菜, 食到豬肉應用有嘅香味, 半肥瘦叉燒非常軟糯, 蜂蜜香甜、邊位焦香無苦味;  燒腩仔同樣出色, 脆皮再鬆化D就無得鼎香煎黑魚子粢飯 - 粢飯煎得超香口, 有D似煲仔飯飯焦, 除咗粢飯面有墨魚籽點綴, 入面都有少少墨魚粒, 略嫌當日煎得比較乾身少咗煙韌 春風得意脆皮腸粉 - 腸粉嫩滑春卷脆口蝦肉彈牙, 跟埋甜醬麻醬, 加埋感覺似炸兩更錦上添花整體食物質素符合預期, 價錢合理, 會想再嚟試試晚市小菜
