由中環搬到嚟銅鑼灣時代廣場,環境空間舒服,公司或者家庭聚餐都有獨立空間,今次就食幾款傳統粵菜,每一款都整得好精緻,最緊要係米芝蓮級數,但係價錢唔算貴‼️🔸富哥炒飯 $280招牌炒飯,白飯先用上湯蒸過,仲要係新鮮即蒸,而配料係用金華火腿,先蒸後切成丁,再加大量葱白葱花同小黃蝦,炒飯用上瓦煲上,打開炒飯好夠熱,飯炒得好乾身,有鑊氣,加上配料用咗金華火腿、小黃蝦等,食落去味道同香味都會更加突出🔸富哥咕嚕肉 $240佢嘅咕嚕肉最大特色係切片上,炸得仲要好夠脆,色澤好均勻,炸完之後咕嚕肉仲係好嫩口,配上大量嘅青椒、紅椒、黃椒、加埋新鮮菠蘿,賣相顏色好豐富🔸梅菜蒸茄子 $160呢一款係好經典嘅粵菜,用梅菜配搭茄子,呢一碟所選嘅梅菜係甜梅菜嗰種,唔會太鹹仲帶點少少甜,但係又會食到梅菜嗰種爽口,係會越食越開胃🔸椒鹽九肚魚 $160平時見到隻九肚魚都係原條炸出嚟,但係呢度嘅做法就係將九肚魚開邊取骨再拎去炸,食到好似啖啖肉嘅感覺,而且完全冇骨,除咗炸得啱啱好九肚魚仲係好嫩滑之外,仲睇得出刀工好厲害🔸十年陳皮紅豆沙 $40陳皮揀咗十年嘅陳皮,食落去好香陳皮味,紅豆沙夠腍,亦都做到起沙嘅效果🔸焦糖銀耳露 $40

好少見嘅一款糖水,有人會形容為平價燕窩,因為白木耳本身有養顏美容功效,食落去又爽口、清爽、滋潤,同埋仲有淡淡嘅焦糖香味,未食過呢款糖水都覺得好特別
