蝦是很受歡迎的食材,單是白胡椒蝦也好不同演繹,但普遍餐廳為慳功夫省成本而用胡椒粉代替原粒白胡椒,出到來的效果搶喉攻鼻。直至早前在《米芝蓮》一星的駿景軒飯局上,吃到白胡椒多得迫爆砂鍋的正宗胡椒蝦,總算吃到一道滿意的了,始終味道騙不了人,真材實料才是王道。
