有幸訂到位中午陪媽咪去米芝連食府品嚐美食慶祝她的生辰。北京片皮鴨,片脆,完全沒有肉的,配料用的烤肉醬(乳豬醬),加有紅椒圈穿起切花䓤段,簡直色香味美。另外,焗釀蟹蓋,是媽咪至愛,蟹肉一絲絲的,嫩滑配上鮮甜的洋蔥絲、加點喼汁,酸味味,麵包糠焗出來的外脆內軟的蟹肉,口感豐富,回味無窮。我估計一個蟹蓋最少拆兩隻蟹才夠釀到一個全蟹蓋。別家食府未必會食到的,我覺得這是物有所值。呢喥的干炒牛河,牛肉肉質鮮嫩,唔靭,河粉唔會好油,河粉的豉油顏色炒得好均勻,食完全碟,都唔會見到有油在碟面上。再配上好味的余均益辣椒醬,令河粉牛肉汁味道提升了。因為今次預定咗生日蛋糕和壽桃,所以吃不到茘容焗布甸,唯有留待下次再來光顧吧!
