To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 為慶祝紀念日,所以我們到這裏吃晚飯,並點了一個四人套餐($1,780 + 10%)。這些前菜都不錯,但前菜的碟很淺。金榜醬煮大蝦,中辣,饅頭(外脆內軟)點汁後很入味。茄子腩燜油扒,很入味。杞子肉末泡黃帝苗,份量略小但很入味。龍蝦湯泡貴妃飯,飯很入味,多渣。茄香焗奄仔蟹,很香和入味。蘆薈蛋白杏仁茶,有香濃杏仁味和甜度適中。杏仁磨得很幼滑。環境和服務都很好。 衛生都很好,時常替我們換碟。地址: 尖沙咀彌敦道63號iSquare30樓
