To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我平時出去食飯,都係保持住一個有大食大,有貴食貴,一來,可以試到餐廳真正嘅工架,二來,貴價嘅招牌菜必有佢獨特之處。今晚喺翠亨村食飯,menu有個$408嘅頭抽雪魚球,仲配咗兩杯惣譽 純米大吟釀 五百萬石,餐廳服務都周到,用嘅杯亦好別緻,唔同一般好細杯嘅清酒杯,而係縮細左嘅高腳杯。話就話鱈魚球,其實都係鱈魚斑塊,用上頭抽調味,甘甜咸香,淨係汁都可以配一碗白飯,魚肉非常掛汁,而且新鮮肥美,配上嘅呢一杯酒將魚嘅鮮味進一步放大,同事亦平衡返頭抽嘅鹹味,出色之作呢👍🏻
