星期五下午嚟到沙田新城市廣場搵食，見到有間新開嘅拉麵店，就去試吓先！單人匹馬好快有位，Waitress姐姐好有禮貌，見我一袋二袋就畀個箱我裝著。應該係啱啱開業，同埋人多，所以叫完拉麵都要等大約20分鐘先上到拉麵，飲住茶等拉麵。我就叫咗個醬油拉麵，嚟到時賣相好吸引，最香係個叉燒，油香十足，仲要表面輕輕燒過，引咗啲豬油香味出嚟，食落好滿足。半熟玉子，食落好入味，麵條彈牙，加埋隔離嘅蔥食，就無咗叉燒嘅油膩感。而湯底比較清淡，普通但食落岩岩好，我會講配料比較出色。
