To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說之前一路冇食過,都好想食,今日終於食到。傳說係話米芝蓮嘅茶樓。第一次食,期望太高,最後就只有點失望。酥皮焗叉燒包$23最好食係呢個!同事話呢到最出名係叉燒包,又真喎,外脆內軟,叉燒饀唔算多,但整體好好食,調味啱啱好。酥皮好正馬拉糕$21第二好食我認為係馬拉糕,有黑糖味道,唔太甜,又熱又軟熟!蝦餃$31、燒賣$31、鳳爪$$21不過不失,唔算好好味咸水角$19一向鐘意食,呢間都好外脆內軟嘅。但饀唔多,又細粒,好冇癮春卷$26好油,麻麻地鮮蝦腐皮卷$29同一般食開有啲唔同,細件好多,外表都唔似其他酒樓嗰款。唔太特別,蝦又唔大蝦腸$28、叉燒腸$26冇特別,其他酒樓好食啲總括而言,我都唔太明白點解呢間會係米芝蓮…💰平時一人$70左右
