位於粉嶺有一家老字號西餐廳,牛扒餐或各飯款也很有懷舊味道。 點了個焗法國蝸牛西冷牛扒餐,先來酥皮海皇魚翅湯,周打魚湯也很足料,再來個焗法國蝸牛,你亦可以選擇焗青口,也頗滋味。西冷牛扒熟成程度亦滿意,牛味不錯,以這價錢,性價比不錯 。餐飲外的甜點是什果啫哩,相信啫哩杯也有相當歷史。 另外兩位友人點了簡單的西式碟頭飯,俄國牛柳絲飯及焗石斑意粉,也是港式西餐廳的經典。醬汁做足功夫,料亦用足材料,絕對不是坊間胡混用的龍脷或鯰魚柳。
