To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這晚相約和朋友晚飯,我選了位在觀塘駱駝漆大廈的慢煮屋。店內的環境乾淨企理,座位不會太狹迫。澳洲和牛拼牛舌定食,定食套餐有主食、溫泉蛋及水果。牛舌不是厚切軟嫩那種口感,而是爽脆彈牙;和牛帶點油脂香。稍嫌醬汁比較少,整份定食較為乾身。慢煮牛腹丼,轉配冷鳥冬要加$12,牛腹的賣相與份量都比較吸引。一片片牛腹的色澤粉嫩,肉質軟稔不會韌,肉味濃郁。牛腹面層的蒜蓉汁不會太過濃味。冷烏冬彈牙煙韌有咬口。芝士雞翼,跟餐加$12有兩隻,簡簡單單的在燒雞翼面層鋪上芝士再火炙,賣相普通。雞翼外皮金黃微焦,外皮脆而肉嫩,仍有肉汁,不會乾身。芝士份量不多,不能為雞翼增添芝士滋味。朋友點凍咖啡要加$16,我點黑牛才需要加$18,可樂面層有一大球冰凍香滑的呍呢嗱雪糕,令人滿足。雖然牛腹味道不錯,但其他食物都只是普普通通,未能留下深刻點。
